Exchange Policy
We aim to facilitate all our customers if they wish to exchange their purchased articles.
Any article purchased can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition.
Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.
Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid, which can be used immediately or in the future.
These conditions apply to non-sale orders only. For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than normal.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Rozana has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock.
