Exchange and Return Policy

Garment Exchange

  1. Garments can be exchanged within 14 days after purchase/delivery, provided they are not used or washed, and all packaging and tags are intact.
  1. We do not offer garment exchange on discounted items.
  2. The customer must bear the delivery charges for both sides.
  3. Customers need to dispatch the exchange article first. Once received and passed through a quality check, we will proceed with the exchange and ship the new article.
  4. Shipping charges of Rs 200/- apply.

Size Exchange

  1. The size of the garment can be exchanged within 14 days after purchase/delivery, provided they are not used or washed, and all packaging and tags are intact.
  2. Discounted items are eligible for size exchange, provided the required size is available.
  3. Follows the same procedure as for garment exchange.

Return Policy

  1. Cash refunds are not provided under any case. Returned garments are eligible for store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  2. Returns follow the same eligibility criteria and shipping procedures as exchanges.

Defective/Damaged Claims

  1. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect articles/sizes received will only be accepted within 7 days after delivery.
  2. For eligible claims within the time frame, we offer a replacement or exchange of the garment.
  3. The replacement will be dispatched immediately, and the defective garment will be picked up by our courier service.

International or Bulk Orders

  1. We do not offer exchanges or returns for international shipments due to higher shipping and additional costs involved. However, eligible claims for defective garments shall be compensated in the form of store credit for future purchases.
  2. Bulk orders are not eligible for exchange or return, except in the case of defective or incorrect garments.

Additional Standard Practices

  1. Quality Checks: All returned or exchanged garments will undergo a quality check. Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer.
  2. Original Receipt: The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all returns and exchanges.
  3. Communication: Customers should contact our customer service team before sending any items for return or exchange to receive further instructions and ensure a smooth process.
  4. Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing of returns and exchanges after we receive the item.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Rozana has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock.
